Accent On Business founder and CEO Ellen Dunnigan is a nationally-recognized and proven coach with specialized training in voice, speech, and English improvement. She holds a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and has been certified as clinically competent by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.
In addition, she has spent several years in corporate settings as an operations leader and strategist. Ms. Dunnigan has devoted 17 years to helping people improve their personal and professional voice and speaking skills.

Keri Sackowski
Administrative Director
As Administrative Director, Keri Sackowski is often the first person you’ll talk to at Accent On Business. Keri’s impeccable customer service and exceptional attitude means you get the best care possible. Keri holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art and has experience in graphic design, media production, communication, and business operations.
She is responsible for almost everything in our office and she takes great care of our customers, employees, and partners. Keri has been a key member of our management team since 2005.

Rachel Mahl
Business Development Director
As Business Development Director, Rachel is responsible for the marketing and public relations for Accent On Business, both locally and nationwide. While Rachel is responsible for all customer accounts and relationships, she also provides specific communication skills training to several of our customers.
Rachel has a degree in Organizational Communications and a minor in Business Administration. She has a background in marketing, customer service and communications. Rachel is an expert in networking and relationship development.
She is active in the Indianapolis business community and civic organizations. As a key member of Rainmakers, Rachel serves as the Indianapolis Downtown chapter chairperson. She is also active in the Network of Women in Business, the Carmel Chamber of Commerce, the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, and Edgewood Baptist Church.

Lisa Rettig
Vice President of Human Resources and Finance
As Vice President of Human Resources and Finance, Lisa is responsible for all HR operations for Accent on Business. Lisa’s scope of responsibility includes recruitment and retention of new and current employees, employee relations and policy development.
In addition, Lisa manages all accounting and book keeping for the company.
Lisa comes to Accent on Business with an extensive background in Human Resources as well as the Financial Industry working in both capacities in retail and commercial banking for over twenty years.
She is nationally certified as a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) awarded by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
